Our Christmas chocolates come from Chocolarder in Falmouth (Cornwall) for the second year running. Mike started his bean-to-bar business in 2012 after a career in professional kitchens as a pastry chef. We are pleased to have found a company whose ethos and buying practises align closely with ours – cacao and coffee have a number of things in common.
This bar (70g) is a 70% dark chocolate made solely of cacao from the Upala region in Costa Rica and raw unrefined sugar from Brazil.
