Chocolarder Chocolate Öko Caribe Browned-Butter Milk

Our Christmas chocolates come from Chocolarder in Falmouth (Cornwall) for the second year running. Mike started his bean-to-bar business in 2012 after a career in professional kitchens as a pastry chef. We are pleased to have found a company whose ethos and buying practices align closely with ours – cacao and coffee have a number of things in common.

This 60% milk chocolate bar (70g) is made with cocoa beans from Öko Caribe farm in the Dominican Republic.
