We have been fortunate over the years to work with some of the best chocolate makers, and we are pleased to be able to support our very own Nick Willson again this Christmas. Nick sources the cacao and then roasts, cracks and winnows, grinds and conches, tempers, and then moulds into bars.

We will have three bars in our shops Lachua Guatemala in a milk chocolate (52.5% cocoa solids), Chimelb Guatemala in a classic, fruity dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), Bocas del Toro Panama in a fuller dark chocolate (80% cocoa solids) with flavour notes of dates and hazelnut
