This winter we have chocolate back on our retail counter! We have been fortunate over the years to work with some of the best chocolate makers, and we are pleased to be able to support our very own Nick Willson in his new side business - Loctoa Chocolate.

Nick sources the cacao and then roasts, cracks and winnows, grinds and conches, tempers, and then moulds into bars. We have three bars in our shops now -
Bolivia (70%) with notes of honey, vanilla and raisins
Guatemala (70%) which has plum, fig and cherry flavours
Peru (63%) with flavour notes of caramel, prunes and muscovado sugar.
