We have been fortunate over the years to work with some of the best chocolate makers, and we are pleased to be able to support our very own Nick Willson again this Christmas. Nick sources the cacao and then roasts, cracks and winnows, grinds and conches, tempers, and then moulds into bars.

We have three bars in our shops: Bocas del Toro Panama in an extra dark intense chocolate (80% cocoa solids), Panama in a dark milk chocolate (60% cocoa solids) and a white chocolate with cocoa from West Africa (39% cocoa solids).
