We despatch orders on the same day if they are received by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the next business day.

Monthly subscriptions
We despatch these on the same date as the original order every month (eg 15th).

Fortnightly subscriptions
We despatch these every two weeks on the same day of the week as the original order (eg Monday).

Where the original order falls after 2pm, on a weekend or bank holiday, the original and recurring despatch day will be the next business day.

Shipping costs

We offer delivery via a tracked postal service or a courier service, and collection from our Spa Terminus shop (Wednesday to Saturday only). If you need your coffee urgently, please come by our shops or give us a ring on 020 7232 3010 and we can talk through your best options.

If you are in Northern Ireland, please get in touch to place an order as we are currently unable to take an order over the website because of restrictions on organic products, but we can certainly send coffee to you.

Royal Mail Deliveries
This service normally arrives within two to three working days but can take up to 14 days. The phone number and email address you provide on our website will be shared with Royal Mail for delivery updates. If it has been a week since receiving your despatch confirmation email, please let us know and we can follow up with Royal Mail.

DPD Deliveries
DPD parcels to mainland UK will normally arrive the next working day. To the Highlands and UK islands, they will normally take an extra day. Please note that this isn’t a guaranteed delivery time, and on occasion it can take longer. The phone number and email address you provide on our website will be shared with DPD for delivery updates. If you are having any issues with your delivery, please do get in touch.

Delivery Instructions
Delivery or safe place instructions can be very helpful in ensuring your property is found of the parcel is left in the best place. You can leave a note in the gift message textbox at checkout or email us if you would like this to be included.

The collection option is free of charge; currently it is only available from our shop at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, open Wednesday through Saturday. We ask that you come and collect your order within a week of ordering. Please contact us if your plans change and you need your parcel delivered instead.

Gift Card By Post
If a gift card by post is part of a larger order, the card will be included in the same parcel. If it is purchased separately, it will be posted out via Royal Mail first class, free of charge within the UK. You can choose your gift recipient’s address at the checkout.

Gift Card By Email
If you have ordered a gift card to be sent by email, this will be sent to the email address given at the checkout shortly after your order has been confirmed.


We really hope you’re happy with your coffee and don’t have any need to return it! But if anything is wrong with your order, please let us know straight away and we will arrange a return or exchange.

Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to our shops.


Payments are securely processed via Opayo or via PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments.

Repeat Subscription payments are taken according to the schedule agreed when purchasing the subscription i.e. every two weeks or monthly. Card details are stored securely with Opayo. By signing up to a repeat subscription you give us permission to charge your card in order to fulfil your subscription.
