Shipping
We despatch orders on the same day if they are received by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the next business day.
We offer tracked delivery via a postal service or a courier service, and collection from our Spa Terminus shop. If you need your coffee urgently, please come by our shops or give us a ring on 020 7232 3010 and we can talk through your best options.

Royal Mail Tracked Deliveries
Royal Mail’s working days are Monday to Saturday. The 2nd Class Tracked option is usually 2-3 working days, but this service can take up to 14 days.
Though we generally are not able to replace any parcels until this 14-day period has passed, please let us know if it has been a week since receiving your packing confirmation email and we can follow up with Royal Mail. It may also be worth checking at your local post office depot in case your parcel has been taken there and the parcel card has been lost.
DPD Deliveries
DPD parcels to mainland UK will normally arrive the next working day. DPD’s working days are Monday to Friday. To the Highlands and UK islands, they will normally take an extra day. Please note that this isn’t a guaranteed delivery time, and on occasion it can take longer. If you are having any issues with your delivery, please do get in touch.
Packfleet Deliveries
London courier deliveries are offered with Packfleet’s next day service, a carbon neutral company delivering in most London postcodes via electric vans. Their working days are Monday through Sunday. You can get in touch with them directly once your parcel is on the way through the tracking link or their online chat, but do feel free to get in touch with us too.

Delivery Instructions
Delivery or safe place instructions can be very helpful in ensuring your property is found and the parcel is left in the best place. Please leave a note in the gift message textbox at checkout or email us if you would like this to be included.
Collection
Collection is currently only available from our Spa Terminus site in Bermondsey. Please come through the visitor’s entrance if you are visiting Monday through Thursday 8.30am-5pm; on Fridays and Saturdays please collect from the adjacent shop, which is open 9am-4pm. We ask that your order is collected within two weeks of ordering. If your plans change and you need your parcel delivered instead, please contact us.
Gift Card By Post
If a gift card by post is part of a larger order, the card will be included in the same parcel. If it is purchased separately, it will be posted out via Royal Mail first class, free of charge within the UK. You can choose your gift recipient’s address at the checkout.
Gift Card By Email
If you have ordered a gift card to be sent by email, this will be sent to the email address given at the checkout shortly after your order has been confirmed.
Returns
We really hope you’re happy with your coffee and don’t have any need to return it! But if anything is wrong with your order, please let us know straight away and we will arrange a return or exchange.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to our shops.
Subscriptions
Coffee choices
We offer four coffee options – you will find a description of each in the product pages. If you need advice or would like something more bespoke, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Despatch dates
Once your initial order is placed, we will start processing it straight away. The order will then follow our regular despatch schedule – orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be despatched the same day; after 2pm or over the weekend, orders will be sent out the next working day. If you would like to specify a different start date, please reply to the order confirmation email or use the chat button to let us know.
For monthly subscriptions, we will despatch on the same date as the original order every month (eg 15th). For fortnightly schedules, we despatch these every two weeks on the same day of the week as the original order (eg Monday). Where these fall over the weekend or a bank holiday, we will despatch on the next working day.
Managing your subscription
You will be required to create an account when ordering a subscription. The details of your subscription and past orders can be viewed from your account page. If you’d like to make changes to the delivery schedule such as pausing or delaying deliveries, we can do this for you – please get in touch.
To change the coffee option, bag size or frequency of your existing repeat subscription, you will go through the checkout process again for the changes to be saved, but you will not be charged until your next renewal date and your original delivery schedule remains. Please note that any changes made will not be reflected in orders that are already being processed. Changes to the frequency will come into effect after the next renewal.
If you’d like to change the options of a prepaid subscription or need to cancel before all deliveries have been sent, please get in touch.
Gifting
We package without paperwork in branded cardboard boxes. You will have the option to add a gift message at checkout, which will be included with the first delivery. Please reply to the order confirmation email straight away if you’d like to time the start of the subscription for an occasion.
Payment
Payments are securely processed via Opayo or via PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments.
Repeat Subscription payments are taken according to the schedule agreed when purchasing the subscription i.e. every two weeks or monthly. Card details are stored securely with Opayo or PayPal. By signing up to a repeat subscription you give us permission to charge your card in order to fulfil your subscription. From time to time, the original stored payment method may be unsuccessful – this could be due to changes in security regulations or processes, or changes to your card details. When this happens, you will be sent an automated email to prompt you to re-enter your card details.
Prepaid subscriptions are paid upfront in full and is inclusive of tracked 2nd class postage with Royal Mail.
