About

Profile

Paid upfront for a selected period of time, this subscription is a great way to discover new origins and flavour profiles. Each delivery we will send a different single origin coffee – this might be a familiar favourite or a sneak preview of beans that haven’t arrived on our counters yet, and occasionally we will have a subscription-only coffee! We offer two coffee options:

Light to Medium roast coffees –
Our favourite light, light to medium or medium roast coffee in each delivery.
These coffees generally have a lighter body and more acidity, and tasting notes will often include tropical fruits or floral notes with a bit of sweetness.

Medium to Dark roast coffees –
Our favourite medium, medium to dark or dark roast coffee in each delivery.
These coffees will generally be fuller-bodied with notes of cocoa or caramel, occasionally with juicy or jammy fruit.

Filter by roast level on our main coffees page to see which of our current coffees fall within each range. You may be interested to read how we classify roast levels here.

This is suitable for our paper filters and ceramic or plastic cones, along with other brands such as V60, Clever dripper and Melitta.

This is an espresso style grind suitable for use in hob top espresso pots such as a Bialetti or Grunwerg. Sometimes referred to as a moka pot.

Aeropress fast

This is also an espresso style grind ideal for brewing a short, concentrated, espresso style coffee in an Aeropress.

Domestic espresso

A fine grind for using in your home espresso machine. Grind requirements will vary depending on brand and model, but this setting aims to work for the majority of home setups.
