                                    Prepaid vs Repeat
                            
            Prepaid means you are paying for everything upfront, including the delivery charge. This subscription will be for a set period and a set number of deliveries. Once this period ends your subscription will automatically expire.
Repeat subscriptions are charged per order, and delivery charges are added on in checkout much like a normal order. After your first order, your card will be charged automatically when your next renewal order is due.
                                    Initial order and despatch days
                            
            Once you complete the purchase, we will start processing the first order straight away and it will be despatched soon after according to our regular schedule.
If you are buying ahead for a special date and would like to specify a different start date, please reply to the order confirmation email or use the chat button to let us know. Bear in mind that delivery dates are not guaranteed with Royal Mail.
Monthly subscription orders will be despatched on the same date as the original order every month (eg 15th). Fortnightly subscription orders will be despatched every two weeks on the same day of the week (eg Monday). Where these fall over the weekend or a bank holiday, we will despatch on the next working day.
                                    Managing your subscription
                            
            You will be required to create an account at checkout if you don’t already have one. The details of your subscription and past orders can be viewed from your account page.
Currently it isn’t possible to change delivery schedules as a one-off via your account page, ie pause or delay a delivery without changing the frequency. However we are always happy to make this change for you from our end so please get in touch.
To change the coffee option, bag size or frequency of your existing repeat subscription, you will go through the checkout process again. You will not be charged until your next renewal date, and your original delivery schedule remains. Please note that any changes made will not be reflected in orders that are already being processed. Changes to the frequency will come into effect after the next renewal.
                                    Pausing or delaying
                            
            Please contact us to change the next renewal date. As long as you get in touch before the scheduled despatch we should be able to make changes as you need. It is not currently possible to do this from your account page.
                                    Gifting
                            
            We package without paperwork in cardboard boxes. Depending on the size, the box may be branded. You will have the option to add a gift message at checkout, which will be included with the first delivery. Please reply to the order confirmation email straight away if you’d like to time the start of the subscription for an occasion.
                                    Multiple subscriptions
                            
            For any combinations or multiples that are not offered on the product pages please get in touch with us and we can talk you through your options. Likewise if you don’t see your ideal subscription type in any of the options, please talk to us – we might be able to put something together that is close!
