Orders are despatched every weekday excluding bank holidays. Orders received by 2pm on a weekday will be despatched that day. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the next business day.

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2-3 working days, but this service can take up to 14 days and we are not able to replace any parcels until this 14-day period has passed. Please also keep an eye on the tracking information – if anything looks awry or if you haven’t received your parcel within a week of despatch, do let us know and we can follow up with Royal Mail to help ensure your parcel arrives safely.

DPD‘s working days are Monday to Friday. Please note that the next working day service is not a guarantee, and on occasion your delivery may take longer. If you are having any issues with your delivery, please do get in touch and we will do our best to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible.

Gift cards by post purchased on their own will be posted by 1st class post. If it is part of a larger order, the card will be included in the same parcel.
Gift cards by email will be sent to the email address given at the checkout shortly after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery or safe place instructions can be very helpful in ensuring your property is found and the parcel is left in the best place. Please leave a note in the orders notes section at checkout or email us if you would like this to be included.

We ship everywhere in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and to the Isle of Man. Unfortunately we do not ship to the Channel Islands, nor do we ship internationally.

We really hope you’re happy with your coffee and don’t have any need to return it. But if anything is wrong with your order, please let us know straight away and we will arrange a return or exchange.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to our shops.
